Hey! First update with the new updater... which doesn't work. Manual update time!

This is a small QoL and bugfix update. Main addition is that palettes work for both models and sprites now. There is also an Animation List tool.

There's probably a couple small bugs, all in due time. I put this as a main release because the updater is broken.

See ya later for menus! It's made good headway, but there is still a lot to do. That's why it's disabled, as well as UI since I've been working on it and it's currently unfinished. Bye!
